Mr. Mark Zuckerberg, founder of Facebook, when first planned to make a social networking site would have never imagined what radical changes he was going to bring in the world of Social Media. Just a few years back, Facebook was a new born term but has now grown up into a big Marketing Giant.
The question is what gives Facebook such a radical success? The answer is not known to the users themselves. One fascinating thing about Facebook was its psychological edge which was capable enough to bring out the difference. “LIKE” is the word we frequently use but the word has significant relevance in Facebook. - Make a page of your company
- Make a group

Make a profile: As soon as you make a Facebook profile, you can add as many as 5000 friends and can “Update status” or add “Comment” or “Like” and experience much more by using this.
Make a page: If you own a company, make a page and attach it with your profile. Now if you do any activity it will be seen by all your friends. They may like you page and in this a way your company’s popularity will increase. On an average there are 160 friends of each Facebook user. If you friend likes your page that will be available to 160 of his friends and so on.
Make a Group: Group is also a very powerful tool where you add like minded people and discuss about topics and you may start your publicity right from here because you know this is group of your potential customers.
All of the above are just a few ways you can go for Social Media Marketing with the help of Facebook. There are other ways as well that you need to promote your business via social networking. All you need is to “Think out of box and implement them”.
